So, the Weber SmokeFire is more of a hybrid Direct/Indirect pellet grill/smoker, which means it can cook ribs very similar to the Pit Barrel and other drum type smokers. I made these using the "Smoke Boost" function for about 40 minutes, then cranked the heat up to 285f for the rest of the cook. These turned out Amazing! The Meat Church "Holy Voodoo" and "Honey Hog BBQ" rubs were a great combination for sure!
