I've been using the c-fist, wind and whip and side bending for one day and I've already seen an improvement in my hurdling and sprinting thank you!!!

Brilliant. Thanks for the details being specific and precise. I have had 9 shoulder dislocations in the past and a broken arm when I was 7 on the same side. Getting my lats and rib to generate stability is challenging and this gives me hope of getting to the promised land of shoulder ability. Thanks David.

In my silat we have a similar hand structure called monkey paw for the same reason, love your training David. It is great for cupping ear strikes and slapping the trianglular structure gives you hard palm strikes.

unreal. I can't believe I am just finding you, but I am so grateful. My right lat is really rebelling on this one. think there's a little imbalance? lol

I can do 20 to 30 squats with 20 lbs of weights on my both hands at the Gym.Next time I'm going to incorporate your "Diamond" method and raise my hands straight up while in squat position. Great Advise. I also own "BOSU ELITE" at home.

Interesting....what you are doing with the hands to create tension from hand to scapula....is very similar to what Chong Xie at secret of athletisism teaches to do with the toes to turn on you fascia from the feet up through the body....

I tried to understand his stuff! I could not decipher the technique but I'm still very very curious about it.

I don't fully understand how the hand position is benefiting this position. I understand the benefit of being able to create isometric tension through your back, but am confused as to how the hand position changes the position. If you hand was in a flexed position would that create an uneven tension in your arm that would be disruptive to this position? or is the diamond hand position just the most optimum position to be because you have taken any uneven tension out of the system. Surely there would still be a lot of benefit to getting good at this isometric tension exercise even if you didn't involve the hands at all right? I just found about the Weckmethod 20 minutes ago, but I am interested to learn more, most of what you are saying makes a lot of sense to me.

Just grab a bar and do Overhead squats. Really good for stability.

I’m listening to what you are saying but it does not become clear unless you demonstrate it on a actual lift. Flexing your hands does not show anyone how to set up in a Squat. ????
