Thank you so much! Your comments are giving me life! :) I used about 30 large brooches in this project but the flower balls were quite large. If you wanted to completely cover it then I would say you also need about 30 smaller buttons/buckles to fill in the gaps between the larger pieces as well. Hope that helps! just-a- buck it was approximately 6 inches in diameter but this project will work with any size floral ball
