Wow I miss shooting weddings so much! Recently I've actually been having a-lot of anxiety about when we finally can go back to shooting (based in London, England) if I'll even remember what to do! I been feeling like I can hardly remember how a wedding day works but after watching this I feel so much better! It just made me so excited to get back too it and my anxiety feels is all but gone!

Yo Taylor, just wanted to let you know your videos are class. I love your down to earth humour and advice. I struggle a bit with the stress of the wedding day (I've been a photographer for years but only done 3 weddings so far) but you're totally right, you sometimes just have to accept you've done your best with the light you have and not try to get perfection. Really helpful mate. Cheers from the UK!

Thanks for the video Taylor. I have a small request/feedback. At times like 29:01 and 29:12 - 29:24 is it possible you could let us hear the dialogue/interaction that’s happening? I don’t want the voiceover to be removed, but I’m curious about things like communication in certain situations and how you think during impromptu adjustments, if that make sense. Its cool either way though. Also, what you mentioned at 30:13 about the everyone being in focus at low fstops, does that have anything to do with increased distance from them? Or is it solely to do with everyone being aligned on the same focal plane? Lots of good information and advice in this video. Excusing everyone else and leaving the couple’s images for last does sound like a more comfortable way to close the day.

Oh my gosh exciting!!! Honestly, just be organized, chill and excited. Energy is contagious and I've found the way I approach the day (with positivity and excitement) totally rubs off on the couple and everyone you interact with. Thank you for this. I have a wedding to shoot coming up and I only normally shoot landscape and nature shots. I am shooting the wedding for free and for a friend's daughter and am not feeling all that confident. I'm wanting to do this professionally. I've been photographing anything and everything since I as a kid. More recently got serious in 2018 and bought a Canon T6. What advice do you have when all motivation has been lost and you're thinking about selling your photography stuff? I think my photos are pretty great, but I don't get the same response. I'm just having a hard time in my life and wanting to give up everything. Thank you for making these videos. Hope to hear back from you.
