Matt should get every groomsman a vintage tshirt that reminds him specifically of his friendship/relationship with that individual or just a vintage tshirt that represents that person. That would feel super personal and thoughtful too. Add on some Ray Bans. Then yeah, Matt’s favorite beer (or whatever alcohol) for a cheers all together. Easy peasy.

Matt! My sister had a photo booth at her wedding that printed two sets of the pictures and one set you put in the guest book with a little note to the couple! It was a big hit! And lifelong memories.

I jumped in the pool at my wedding too and it was funny because the owner had dyed the pool blue to make it look prettier (not expecting anyone to jump in) so my wedding dress has a blue tint to it now. I LOVE it, it's a great memory of the fun we had!!! 😍

In the mexican wedding they do dollar dance... people pin money on the bride and groom!! its voluntary though whatever guest have and want to pin. Most of the time they rack up over a thousand dollars!!

the dollar dance happens in my family too, but they usually just give money that way, whether it be $20, $50, $100, and little kids will give like $1, $5. it’s fun! the bride and groom usually make a lot of money like that to go towards honeymoons or their home!!! :)

Matt, the king's table is a great option for getting the bridal party together! Bride and groom, the bridal party, and their partners together at one large table. That way, the bridal party's partners aren't sitting with people they don't know. Plus, the name of the style of seating fits the event! 😎

I follow on Spotify but I came to the comments to tell Matt to not have Patricia walk down the aisle during the rehearsal. It is considered bad luck. I didn’t know about this until my rehearsal and had to have someone stand in for me to ensure everyone else knew their place. Two things I did at my wedding was a custom cornhole board and beer pong cups. I also had cocktails named after each of my dogs. Happy wedding planning!!

25:32 Mike?!?!!! Why didn’t you share about Sheva brachot??? I think it’s such a beautiful thing and it helps with this post wedding depression Since Mike didn’t explain it, I will. Sheva brachot are a Jewish custom meaning seven blessings, referring to the seven blessings given to the new bride and groom. Every night following the reception (first blessing) there’s a big meal with friends and family with the couple. Not anywhere as extravagant as the reception but it’s still nice to kind of keep the party going :) and then after that the couple might go on a honeymoon, or go a few weeks or months later

Because there is this beautiful Greek Orthodox Church right near where I used to live (not going to mention the area just in case). I’m the Philippines, we have the money dance. It more of a gift vs to pay for a dance. At the end, the bride and groom are covered in money. It’s more of wishing them a prosperous marriage.
