If we turned the frame vertically it would’ve totally looked as if your were spidey climbing up a wall

@alStrengthSystem The only other movement I've learned in the last 10 or 12 years that compares to leopard crawling is the kettle bell swing, and I think crawling's more fundamental. Jeff

@@OriginalStrengthSystem Tim, believe it or not I have actually demonstrated various forms of Rockers and Rocking at social gatherings and family get togethers, as well as at parks. I also refer your videos to these people as well. Keep up the great videos buddy !!!

what is this H-shaped contraption in the background? I'm intrigued.

have you ever come across the current obsession with fascia and the foot to glute connection? what are your insights on it? Also it turns out the OS stuff 'tangles' with the fascia stuff so it's cool.
@OriginalStrengthSystem7 ай бұрын
I haven’t! You’re the first to bring it to my attention. I can tell you though that everything is connected and everything is tangled together!
@raphaeldeguzman74177 ай бұрын
hmmm well you should definitely look into @chongxie's research.. it just might be some kind of missing piece to your current endeavors or whatever.. I think since OS primarily deals with the vestibular, then the fascia training deals with the proprioception.. tldr I can't explain it well, but I think OS resets and his fascia training principles go hand in hand together.. you should definitely check it out if you have time, see what you can learn from it.@@OriginalStrengthSystem

That’s how I do it to fire my core. If I don’t, why bother 😉?

I'm not as "tied together" as the Amazing Mover, Tim, yet (!!) so I gotta pay attention to firing my core cuz it's kinda lazy...
