Week 153 Keto Update, Doc Visit, Shoulder Recovery & Bella!

We missed last weeks update due to surgery recovery and a crazy schedule, I saw the doctor this week my A1C has crept up a bit so it's time to start getting more strict and move more. Stacey is recovering nicely from her shoulder surgery and is hopeful to get out of pain after the healing.
Bella has been with us for a month now and has tripled in size, shes learning all sorts of commands and even rings the bell to go outside now :) Potty training is about 80% of the way there for her, a few accidents but I think she just gets excited at times and can't hold it.

My daughter has a bell attached right to the glass on the slider for her 3 dogs

I am shocked how she took to it, maybe 3 days later she rings it everytime she needs to go out, now so far she's not abused it to go chase leaves or anything, I do have to say potty training has gone overall pretty smooth for us here, i guess it helps to be home and we use the crate too, so far so good though!

@@StaceyBillsAdventures IKR? My daughters dogs too & the 2younger ones (boys) also use crates at night or when they’ll be out for a long time. The older girl has been with them so long (she’s about 10) she is all set. Keep doin what ya doin cause it’s workin! As always prayers for Stacy and her recovery and freedom from pain!
