Don’t listen to those people who tell you not to workout. I weight lifted my whole pregnancy and did Zumba and it made birth and recovery so much easier. I got back to the gym after 2 weeks postpartum too.

I found you because I was also going through infertility and I searched vlogs to watch someone going through the same appointments/testing.. And now we are both pregnant with due dates 1 week apart and I am watching your vlogs at the exact stage I am at in my pregnancy!! Down to the NIPT and measurement appt next week lol. I love it so much and I am so happy for you. 🥹

Oh my gosh the gym advice was so frustrating for me too! I’ve been an avid lifter for years and when I got pregnant through IVF(currently 16 weeks) a lot of people in my life assumed I’d stop going to the gym. It’s truly the only thing that makes me feel better!

My cross country coach in high school ran distance throughout most of her pregnancy. It did not hurt her or the baby. People are funny though. Unless they’re your doctor or specialist, why do they feel the need to tell you what’s best? Crazy haha

My daughter is 30 weeks pregnant and only listens to her doctor. I always tell her ive had 3 kids i know what im talking about and she says things have changed since youve had kids. Then im like emma i had you 19 years a go not 30. Lol 😆
