I like this split workout very much. But can you tell me wat everyday exactly is, not just upper day but is het chest shoulders or back tricept and with leg is it Quads of Glutes and hamstrings. So I can write everything down and plan this workout.

Hi Marissa, thanks for the content. I have a couple questions. Someone close to me looks up to you and I write her exerciseRX. If you don’t mind, I’d like to ask you a couple questions to help her yield results similar to yours . 1)What is your average rest time between exercises? 2) Do you keep track of your heart rate during your warm-up cardio? 3) What is your cardio regiment in addition to your warm-ups?
