This video really cheered me up because I was really frustrated with not knowing how to do my triceps and the different kinds of tricep workouts plus the step by step instructions that were detailed and thorough really really made me feel more confident. I am a female and I feel a lot stronger just by following you. I have a hard time with mind-muscle connection. I tried the inclined skull crusher starting with arms in line with head and it made an amazing difference; so much easier to engage triceps compared with regular skullcrushers. Thanks for this tip, it's a game changer for sure.

I do a ton of Close Grip Bench presses and EZ bar Skull Crushers. Those are my favorites however I always make sure I’m doing all the different types of tricep exercises to make sure I’m hitting my tricep with different styles and not getting comfortable.

Awesome tips and guide for great exercises. Just got back to working out and love these easy to follow videos. One question I have is when doing your workouts do you do 1 set of each exercise then repeat all for however many sets you want or do you do all sets of exercise 1 before moving to exercise 2... Open question for anyone but i want to know why you feel your way is best.

I love all the Free workout content and I've gained quite a bit of muscle... especially in my legs and then also some in my arms! My whole thing is the Diet/Nutrition part! I took your quiz and I guess what I need to do is Super Easy.. Yet I don't understand it. For Example... How do you Carb Cycle? I only need to lose about 10lbs and tone up...15lbs at most.

It depends what you’re looking for. If you’re trying to get muscle growth a lot of studies recommend 16-22 sets/ week on the muscle group. So if you are doing 4 exercises 3*10. That would be 12 sets per workout. So hitting the muscle group 2 times per week for you would be ideal. Just an example, not “the way” by any means.

Very technique sound and outstanding job demonstrating the exercises. I was a Franco Columbu follower when I first started working out. Franco was big on supersets in his arm routines. A bicep exercise and then immediately going to a tricep exercise. He would superset dumbell curls with lying tricep extensions. Standing curls with dumbell extensions. Preacher curls with tricep push-downs. Franco's methods may be obsolete these days, but how do you feel about supersets??
