It's really a pleasure to see Sara cooking Sri Lankan food and I think you're doing an excellent job! You can use the Pestel Mortar also when you make coconut sambal and it will be just fine. Your hubby is so lucky to have found you! Well done you both! Hope you don't mind my saying this, handles of pots and pans must be turned inward as a child can reach and pull it by the handle, especially Callum prefers to linger around you in the kitchen.

හLove you all Theruwan Saranayi .. You can apply a bit of oil by hand n microwave Papada for 1 minuit Less fuss Also theres Coconut Milk Powder done by Maggi / Nestle You can keep in fridge for a long time Good / betterfor Aka hodi n kiributh Also just mix coconut chilly powder salt n put some oil in a pan add mustard When it splitters add onion n it smells great then add the coconut mixtureYou can keep it longer too Tastes wow!

Good for you Sarah .. trying out Sri Lanka food is really great.. But needs to tell you something after adding the lime you need to wash your hands cause after squeezing it ... The Sambal tastes bitter .. so remember to wash your fingers before mixing it .. looks so tempting... Yummy combination.... Well done Sarah... Enjoy.. lovely video....
