Matthew, this camping trip is one for the books! Wonderfully narrated and edited. The weather was absolutely perfect. No Rain ~ WoW ~ who could believe that! Thank you so very much, I felt as relaxed as Monty. What a good boy, he is just beautiful. So think about it, You and Monty had all those lakes to Yourselves. How amazing is that!! Talk about Serenity! Campsites were pretty cool too, with quite the view. So I would write this trip down in a journal and when a tough time comes, this trip will certainly give you happiness & hope and put a big Smile on your face! Just incredible trip. Watched this video an hour each night just finished watching whole video. Highlights of this adventure was when you were hand catching the fish. You were having such a great time remind of a kid excited in a candy store. That was fun I could feel the thrill of that. Also love how you captured all the toad's. Just like watching national geographic Wild Life show. Yay 2 fish for last night of Camp. Last but not least. Monty so lovable. Love how he twitches his ears listening to you. This was an awesome trip. I especially enjoyed the biology lesson on toad reproduction. While at summer camp years ago in Nova Scotia, I had a pet leech that stayed with me in my cabin and bunked in a glass jar on the window sill. Watching you calmly interacting with the leech you found and returned to the lake waters restores my faith in human kindness to all creatures. A great end to a fantastic adventure! Didnt get the side quest of a fish a day, but did get the main quest of 2 fish dinners! No popped pads, no rain, and no campsite on the last day (wahwah). When I go on week long adventures it sometimes takes me up to 3 weeks to back log and read all the comments. I just got back Saturday! I spend over 20 hours a week sometimes just reading comments!

Thanks for what you're doing, Matthew. I'm an RN in CO that has been waiting for a COVID surge for a couple months, which is exhausting. Have a BWCA trip planned for mid-July. Hope my husband and I are not sick for that time, but Whatevs, at least I have time off booked. Your videos are some of the few wholesome sanity bits I have in this world currently, so thanks again.
