Here is another weigh in. I weigh in once every two weeks on a Friday. I am on a calorie deficit diet using the nutracheck app to count calories.
Hope you are all ok and have had a good week/weekend. Here’s to a successful week for us all.

Well done Julie you’re doing fab !!! Slow but steady that’s what I am doing !! I lost 1lb this week, I’m doing more exercise and that’s down to you as you do a lot and you’ve inspired me !! Love CC as like you said it doesn’t feel like your on a ‘diet’ as long as your keeping to your calories or if you have a high calorie day have less the next day !! I’m trying to eat breakfast as late as possible!Have a great time in Ireland ❤xxxx

You are doing really well, Julie. You are making such good progress being in the 12 stones category.i can recall when you were in the 14 stone range and you were very fed up. You have obviously found a life style which suits you and your family life. Just keep going.

Great job, slow and steady. I use Nutracheck and this weekend I reached my goal and went into maintenance. In fact I reached my target exactly 12 months ago almost to the day. I wanted to maintain it for a year and then officially went to maintenance on Nutracheck. I don’t consider myself on a diet now, healthy eating is now my way of life, odd days off, my daughter’s birthday this week, I’ve made her cake so I’m going to eat a piece. I’m 62, lost 40 lbs work out at home a bit. I feel great. Ps. I got my fence up along the front on my house, no more inconsiderate dog owners letting them poop on my front area. Janice

Well done on getting to maintenance. It’s one thing I have never managed to achieve in the past. This time will be different. Love your attitude to your weight loss and working out ❤️ also well done on the fence - it’s so much better with ours xx

Well done Julie! Consistently losing is tricky! I did my 6th week weigh in today & I have lost 16 pounds over 6 weeks. I’m guessing that things will slow down for me now & tbh I am not a fan of losing weight too fast. Enjoy Ireland 😁 Also on a mission to get to 1500 subscribers 😂 It’s hard going. Em 💜

Well done - that’s an amazing weight loss and I bet you feel so much better for it ☺️. Feels like 2 forward 4 back on subscribers most of the time doesn’t it. Keep going on weight loss and KZbin. We can both do this 💪🏼 xx

Keep on trying, it’s all we can do ❤️ I am tired today and those are dangerous days for me as it’s easy to slip up as I will have no will power. But going to try my best and at least try to be as active as I can x

Well done Julie that is a great result. Love how you show “normal” eating. I think I am going to switch my weigh in to a Friday. I am using nutracheck. I am a very mature student just doing my dissertation and I am stress eating but I need to stop as it making me feel rubbish. Thank you for the inspiration x

Thanks Sue. When with The Real Loss Boss he set it as a Friday as it was the furthest from the weekend which made sense to me. It’s hard not to stress eat - I am the same. I am trying to fit in exercise now even if 10-15 mins as it helps to destress and also makes me make a healthier choice. Keep going Sue - I really need to study too but keep putting it off xx

Thanks Linda. I am worrying more this time as Eddie is coming so the kids are looking after Luna. Every time I have gone recently I have gone with my sister and Eddie has been with her. She isn’t good at being left so hoping she will be ok xx

Still struggling I need to kick myself up the bum 😂 you inspire me I am still with the TRLB and maintaining but need to get back into the deficit ! I’m not really utilising the tools that he offers so we will see, but sticking to cc, great loss well done xx

@@JulieBuda thank you! You can only do your best and that’s the good thing about cc, it can fit in with your life unlike other plans, still cracking on just don’t feel I’m utilising TRLB’s tools if you like with the zooms etc but will see xx
