Your videos are therapy, inspiration, motivation and joy all wrapped in one wonderful bundle! Thank you for always being so authentic and open with your goals progress for it allows others to see that not completing every task on your to-do-list does not make you a failure and you can always bounce back from a bad day/week.

I'm also someone who has to write my tasks down in multiple places, lol. I used to try to change that, but I've accepted that my brain needs to see the same data in different ways sometimes! I'm significantly more productive that way. Love the meal prep segment! Your refrigerator looks so nice and organized, I'm inspired to tackle that this week!

I very much appreciate your sharing your reset/cleaning. You provide a view to reality. We all have mess that needs tidying. You show it. So brave and helpful. A weekly reset needs all the life things. Not just notebooks and writing

Thank you! It's a bit scary to show it, because I feel like okay there's going to be some judgement out there, but in the end, this is my truth, and I know I'm not alone!

@@HeartBreathings You are brave, but we need brave people to stand up and show what is real. Everyone tends to wear a mask. Look at my perfect room; this beautiful plate of food, whatever….showing the perfect things and pretending there isn’t hard things and a mess behind it all. I believe this sets up others for depression and self-blame because there is no way to be that perfect every day. It’s not real. Thank you for being real.

I actually did a reset yesterday. And I felt glorious. Meal planned, cleaned, meal prepped, laundry, dishes, and relaxed. The only thing I didn't get to was getting back to writing. But its okay. I'm learning that I need to take my time in my reset to get the juices flowing again. Maybe I can start during my lunches and just start jotting ideas down. I guess we'll see. 😂 but thank you for these videos. You inspire me to just to take control but at my own pace and it's okay not to get everything done too.

I grinned when I saw that copy of "Your Head is a Houseboat" by Campbell Walker on your bedroom floor - mine is on the floor by my bed too, so it was a great reminder that I need to start reading it! I love his channel (Struthless), he has some great content on the creative mindset and mental health.

Loved that you took that vacation time to relax and read and just enjoy yourself. I am so impressed with how much you manage to get done in a day! I need to do more planning myself. I use a planner for all my youtube videos and I love using color coded post-it notes in there with the names of the videos so I easily move them around if needed (lol which happens often!)

Im here full of exhaustion as Friday I spent all day cleaning in prep as Saturday was my kid's 5th birthday party (pool party at my aunt's), then Sunday was time to clean and organize my house as my house keys were misplaced and we couldn't find them... then yesterday we spent most of the day doing school uniform and supplies shopping. Then today had an appointment for my car and my mother in law looked for me and the boys and we ended up going all over town to different stores with her (found a few more pieces for my 9yo uniform but still not done with him yet) and now after doing translation work for a couple of hours I feel like Im done and need vacations 😅 Maybe Ill spend an hour or 2 tomorrow planning time so I can do my kids notebooks without feeling like dying by the end of it🙃 because I have to decorate around 20 notebooks 🫠

I am just getting ready to go on vacation for two weeks and it really helped me to see how you get back into your routine right away… I’m going to borrow your return task list and get everything done in a day or two that I’m back, so I don’t feel like I’m behind the eight ball… Thank you for this post. It was beautiful… And I hope Evie has a wonderful first day of school and hugs for your mama’s heart… When my second son went off to school, it was different than my first born, but I tugged at my heart just the same… and lots of high-fives for your son… Kids are the best, and they make our lives so much better…

If I see something else that needs doing that's not on my list, instead of getting distracted, l write it down on a brain dump page. (I started wearing a very small cross body bag (6x10). It holds my phone, a pen, a to-do list/brain dump page, a hankie and a nail file.) Now I have a list at hand to schedule those things that are always looming, and never seem to get done. The bag is very light, fully loaded, and whilst cleaning or gardening, l throw it to my back and l never know it's there. And all my essentials are always at hand to jot a quick note to self. You could keep a brain dump notebook in your backpocket or even in your apron... I usually don't have either so the bag works for me! 💖🌞🌵😷

Keeping my to-do list/brain dump list in my cross body bag eliminates the need to have things written down multiple places. I could keep the info on notepad on my phone, but that's too out of sight/out of mind for me. 💖🌞🌵😷

When you started the kitchen part, was that an air fryer you were cleaning? If so, I really recommend getting reusable silicone liners. It doesn’t affect the cooking and they can go in the dishwashers, though I usually just clean them by hand.

The ten minute timer for cleaning, etc... I need to implement that. Ten minutes chunks I can handle. I love those containers you keep fruit in. Such a better idea than keeping it tucked away in a drawer. Also, that sugar-free granola - would you be willing to share where you found that recipe? I am struggling to find sugar-free breakfast recipes. I'm struggling with sugar right now and am trying to get back to no added sugar.

Sadly, it looks like her website has been removed, which breaks my heart. I'm hoping I have it written down somewhere. It's basically 1 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and 1/2 cup nuts and seeds of choice. I use pepitas and pecans in mine. Just mix it all together and put it in the oven on a flat baking sheet at like 325 for 20 minutes. Just kind of go in and toss it up every 5 minutes so it doesn't burn. It's so tasty on yogurt with fruit!

@@HeartBreathings yesI know your husband does a lot too. But mostly it's the problem of the woman. I'm asking myself, why I want to have a clean andorganized home, and for my husband, it's ok, so as it is now. Also he does something. But is there a topmanager who think about this pr9blem? No, he has aan other relation with his home, I think, or he hire someone... For me it's a problem that isn't solve till now. And also the feminisme hasn't solved it. The best thing is a maan who helps you, so as by you and me. But the responsebility is mostly by the woman. Thanks and have a nice day.
