I like to spread whipped cream cheese on deli turkey and roll it up with a green onion, then slice it into rings. I eat with a deviled egg and a pickle. :) Always get good ideas from you.

You really have one of the best, down to earth, channels on KZbin... I actually purchased four bags of frozen (in pod) edamame from Target last week. Their good & gather brand is really good... I throw a few in the microwave with a little water to steam and sprinkle with sea salt before eating out of the pod. They are one of my fave snacks and high in protein. You could try that with some nitrate-free meat sticks at night.

If you like salty snacks high in protein, I suggest some protein puffs. I buy the BBQ ones at Walmart, and they are fantastic. 42g protein, 240 cal, and 4 carbs. My son likes the cheddar flavor. They are like crunchy cheetos, sorta. Better, IMO.

You share the BEST snack and meal ideas and I don't know how you get so much done with 2 little ones. I have just an 8 month old and if I get the laundry clean before we run our of clean towels I'm amazed with myself 😂

Have you tried quest protein chips or the legendary ones. I don’t eat them very often but they taste pretty good and definitely help get so more protein in. ❤

Vacationing in GA/SC and gone to Publix twice. Makes me think about your videos. I also will suggest Quest Protein Chips 19g and Epic Pork Rinds 8g. On another note: Flourish protein pancakes packed 23 g to switch it up the morning. I add berries to top or Almond Butter instead of syrup.

I’ve been loving making high protein snack mixes. I mix popcorn, cheese whisps or crunchy protein balls, nuts and crispy seasoned chickpeas.

Cheese-it’s (homemade just with cheese) Dip of your choice made either with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. I also want to try making “chips” out of ground chicken and cheese.

That's a lot of protein in a day. Curious as to what calculation you're using to get that number? What was it you said you're shooting for...150 grams? Nice haul! 😊

My nutritionist said you should strive for 1g protein per kg ideal body weight. So, if you ideally should be around 150 pounds, then you need 68g protein per day (150 ÷ 2.2 = 68kg). A little more may be needed during weight loss to help preserve muscle and promote fat vs muscle loss.
