Introverts, this one's for you!
Today we are diving into all things networking for leaders.
Before you close this window (because, let's be honest, you would rather organize your sock drawer by color, then by thickness, then by fabric than network), here are 3 reasons why you ought to hear me out:
1️⃣ When you get to know people outside of your team, you'll get a better understanding of your organization's infrastructure, what other people are passionate about, what they excel at-the list goes on!
2️⃣ Networking outside of your organization isn't something to sleep on either, because those are the people who will help you get to where you want to go long-term.
3️⃣ If you ever want to get promoted, whether laterally or horizontally, it sure helps to know more people!
