I love these classes! This channel is a gem. The 20 min video is especially great if you don't have much time but still want to get some high yield cardio, strengthening and stretching in. Definitely more intense and fast-paced than the average prenatal class, but a great option if you have some yoga experience and are wanting a more challenging day. Also, the cutesy prenatal yoga babble that seems unavoidable in many other classes is kept to a minimum here. Thank you Jessica!

thank you for your videos! I understand why some find them too quick. But for me they are perfect. Especially for a change from slower more relaxed prenatal yoga workouts. Thank you! :)

It’s hard and fast but I love it! Feels like I actually accomplished something fitness wise unlike a lot of prenatal videos at there which are more focused on gentle stretches

you can slow it too .75 speed and lower graphics to keep up like me, I still have to do child's pose to rest and i'm a male in mid twenties

I have an advanced practice, but I think the pace of this video moves way too fast. Especially for pregnant people. I didn’t even want to finish it.

Needs a better description. Incredibly fast paced and just is not the type of yoga I enjoy.

It is totally fast. Its supposed to be a quick push of cardio. When I was pregnant I was looking for a safe way to get my heart pumping.

Sorry but this isn't yoga. It's a workout. Yoga is slow paced and focusing on the poses and doing them correctly. If anything this can do more damage than good to a pregnant person trying to rush through
