love love love. As an experienced yogi, it's so hard to find online classes during my pregnancy that actually feel like i'm doing something. perfect pacing. Great flow!

On my second baby and spent half an hr on KZbin trying to find this amazing pre-natal workout because others were just not 'hitting the spot' and I'd forgotten this ones name. Thank you so much Jessica. Beautiful pace and attention to detail and really tuned me into my energetic flow. It's not supposed to be easy but it is supposed to feel good afterwards!!

Loved how this worked me out! I am at 28 weeks and this is exactly what I needed... I took some extra little breaks since I am also nursing a rotator cuff injury but the pace and foundational flow inspired me to jump back in after a quick breath :) I likes the foundational flow and the narrators breath cues were great. The Frog Kundalini was probably my fav- been missing that one in the daily routine since baby's made his announcement so THANK YOU! Great job 👏

Confession...My baby is 7 months old, and I’m still doing this sequence! It’s the right amount of time, and still a good workout. I just modify the flow to be more of a traditional vinyasa, making it a tiny bit harder. Thank you!

This is my absolute favorite prenatal yoga I've found so far. I haven't even wanted to try a new one since I've found this. I love that it's challenging yet comfortable. I feel SO strong and amazing after doing this. Also the only prenatal yoga I've found that makes me sweat! Lol

I love this practice, because it’s challanging and not that slow like the other prenetal videos. But now I’m already in my 3rd trimester, can I continue doing it? So it’s not like these practices can be done only in 2nd trimester? .. 😊 thank you!

Wow! I was a sweaty mess by the end of the cardio portion. It was pretty amazing seeing you do the version 3 flow, so much strength! I’ve tried several prenatal yoga programs and found none of them able to really maintain my strength. This class had enough intensity that I actually felt a challenge, like maybe I won’t leave pregnancy as a giant bag of wet noodles lol

I really like this yoga class. Do you have more workouts on you tube?
@sophiaschaffer80384 жыл бұрын
I keep coming back to this one because it really does work you out unlike most prenatal yoga practices on youtube. That being said, the instructor talking and the breathing queues she gives are way too fast for a good portion of the video. I'm not saying they are too fast as in I can't keep up with it but it's too fast in that It doesn't feel like a real yoga class would because of the pace. There should be more time to breathe deeply when you start flowing. Still a good workout though.
@KateisGreatful5 жыл бұрын
Appreciated the challenge, but in third trimester was moving a little faster than I could keep up with. > Also not sure about the extended laying flat on back?

Is this suitable for the 9th week ?
@MmeChatRouGe3 жыл бұрын
I like the fact that it's simple and challenging at the same time, I will just repeat it without the video next time so that I can follow my breath better, and also I would start with something more than a child's pose. Negative point: I'm not sure it's safe how she does the shavasana part .

I'm an advanced practitioner at 21 weeks. On one hand, I loved this workout, challenging but adapted. On the other hand, even for an advanced yogi, I felt that the pace was way too fast and not enough modifications were modeled. She encourages you to go at your own pace, bitt in a rapid flow with few pauses, that's not really doable. Please be careful with this one
@monicar29754 жыл бұрын
I was used to doing 60-90minute ashtanga yoga daily but finding myself extremely weak in the arms, fatiguing rapidly in about 20 minutes, and very SOB around 7-8 weeks. I've really had to back off and slow down. I'm perfectly healthy of course, just I think first trimester calls for taking it easier. Last pregnancy I couldn't do anything, I just resumed in 2nd trimester 😂🤣
@sharon112234 жыл бұрын
I agree with you. I too practiced yoga for almost ten years. This pace is just too fast.
@stefanieelrick71224 жыл бұрын
I am not a yogi, have a casual practise and did these sessions well into my third trimester once or twice a week alongside low but repetitive weight lifting and squats. I really enjoyed the pace and only slowed down in the last couple of weeks to gentle squats and hill walks and kept reminding myself "I'm in training for having my baby". I bounced back after my pregnancy. He hasn't been with us a week and I'm already back on the matt. I guess everyone is different!

@@monicar2975 same! I did this practice a few days ago, but then again today on 75% of the speed. :-) It allowed me to still do the practice, but go a bit slower! It ended up all in all being more challenging, due to holding some poses longer, but also for me, safer, because I could attend to alignment. :-)

Way too fast. No time to breathe and got dizzy getting up too fast
@rebeccapankhurst72804 жыл бұрын
This isn't suitable for the third trimester unless you are advanced and already know how to adapt and pace. For me it feels more of a yoga based workout than a flow.

So disappointing! A yoga practice can be difficult without feeling like a Les Mills gym class. Terrible music and the voice over sounded like it was sped up. This isn't what yoga is about at any level.
@poojakashyap57763 жыл бұрын
Too hard to be called prenatal yoga! Almost went dizzy and tired due to multiple down dogs and a very fast pace. Pace should be decreased and down dogs must be reduced as most of the pregnant women feel dizzy and out of balance. Sorry not doing this again.
