There are not many challenging prenatal yoga classes out there, so thank you for creating one ❤️

The speed is PERFECT!!! I can’t believe people are complaining! If you want to move slow do restorative! This clearly is a practice for intermediate to advanced yoga practitioners that are pregnant

I'm 36 weeks pregnant now, and this sequence has really helped me since week 15 or so, especially in this COVID19 period. Challenging and satisfying! I will do it throughout my pregnancy!

This is a wonderful flow! The perfect balance of strength, stretch and awareness. I loved the instructions and the music. I did need to modify: in warrior 1 and in low and high lunges I didn’t place my feet on one line - I placed them wider, like on rail tracks. Everything else was just perfect! Namaste 🙏🏻

Thanks a lot I really love this practice. I alternate it with another flow so I do it every two days and it really helps me. I suffer a lot from nausea but during this flow I really feel good. Thanks a lot for sharing. It’s not a beginner flow but you propose a lot of modifications to make it easier so I really find it great! I alternate between flow 1 and 2, flow 3 doesn’t feel good with the upward dog. Thanks again !

Ciao Jessica, i have one question. I read a lot that is not recommended to use the pose of Cobra during the exercises of yoga. In your video I see that you practice it. So is it dangerous o not for the baby?
@juliamcmillan4 жыл бұрын
I'm an advanced practitioner, 22 wks. Fr me, this flow was way too fast, and most folks are going to need to go a LOT slower and use way more modifications. I do like the flow, but I do this on half or 3/4 speed. Would recommend doing several other slower more basic courses, even if you're advanced, to get a sense of your prenatal vibe before tackling this one.
@veronikab16074 жыл бұрын
i agree. im advanced, too,but parts of it were too fast for me as well, esp. during pregnancy when I do want to watch out not too overstretch. I would love if there was one flow similar to this one without the music! Thank you!

this prenatal sequence is really nice, I would like to practice it more often. Though the music in the background is really annoying, doesn't fit a yoga practice according to me and prevent me for entering my yoga space... Is there any way to switch it off ? That would be much appreciated ! Thank you

I was in my 3rd when I filmed it. But go slow, do the modifications and take breaks. The more you do it the easier it gets.

This is great for an advanced practitioner BUT NOT for a beginner... Prenatal Yoga should be a gentler practice... 🙏🏻🧘🏻♀️
@weheartyoga5 жыл бұрын
It's just what my body wanted while pregnant, I understand if it is not for everyone. There is plenty of gentle prenatal yoga available, which is why I wanted to create something different. It is ok for beginners if they follow the modifications, take breaks and practice regularly.
@craigmihaylova89534 жыл бұрын
Music very unsuitable for yoga practice so i needed to stop at minute 8 and put proper yoga music so i dont have to listen to it as very unsuitable for yoga. Also most of the poses havent been given with there proper yoga names which makes it harder if u want to exercise without watching her every step of the way .

Seems way too fast and intense , especially during pregnancy. More like an aerobic workout.

It can be a lot at first. I recommend that everyone take breaks when they need it. It is meant to be a challenge but if your body isn't feeling it, Anna Getty has some beautiful gentle prenatal yoga.

I think this is designed for people who are very used to practising yoga. If you are a beginner, I think this may be too much. I've been practising yoga for years now, but this flow was too challenging for me in my firs ttrimester when I was feeling weak and nauseous. Now, in my 2nd trimester, I'm back to my 'normal self' and this is exactly the level of challenge I need ;) So it really depends on where you're at with your practice and pregnancy. A flow that I really enjoyed in my 1st trimester is this one: 30-Minute Alo Yoga Pre-Natal Morning Flow with Andrea Bogart. Much slower and more gentle, yet still quite challenging. Maybe this will suit you as well :)

Lovely flow, thank you! It was just a little too fast moving and talking for me. I'm an athlete but during pregnancy we need to move slower. Anyway I really enjoyed, just wish it was not so fast
