Thanks for the feedback! You're absolutely right, I should let the host elaborate more. I'm still learning the art of conversation, and I'll definitely be more mindful of letting the flow of ideas breathe in future interviews.

Hey Ana, It can definitely be tough to ditch refined carbs, but it's all about finding healthy replacements that keep you feeling energized. Here are a few tips: Swap refined carbs for complex carbs: Focus on whole grains, veggies, and legumes. They provide sustained energy and keep you feeling fuller for longer. Don't skip meals: Going long stretches without eating can lead to stronger cravings later. Aim for regular meals and healthy snacks throughout the day. Mindful eating: Pay attention to your hunger cues and eat slowly to avoid overdoing it. Sometimes cravings hit when we're bored or stressed, not actually hungry. Stay hydrated: Dehydration can sometimes mimic hunger pangs. Drinking plenty of water can help curb cravings. Find healthy alternatives: When you crave something sweet, reach for fruit or unsweetened yogurt with berries. For salty cravings, try nuts or roasted chickpeas. It might take time to adjust. Be patient with yourself, and if you have strong cravings, it might be helpful to consult a registered dietitian for personalized advice
