INGREDIENTS
1) Murmura- 2 bowls (size of every bowl may vary- ours was katori size)
2) Tomato- 1🍅
3) Onion- 1🧅
4) Small cucumber- 1🥒
5) Lemon- 1🍋
6) Himalyan Pink salt- 1/2 tsp
7) Chaat Masala- 1/2 tsp
8) Coriander Chutney- 2 tbsp (20 g)
Coriander leaves and anar for garnishing
METHOD
🟡Take 2 bowls of murmure or puffed rice.
🟡Then add finely-chopped onion🧅, tomato🍅 and cucumber🥒 to it.
🟡Add himalyan pink salt🧂, chaat masala and coriander chutney.
🟡Finally squeeze a lemon🍋 on top.
🟡You can add coriander leaves and sprinkle some anar seeds on top (optional).
🟡Now give the ingredients🍅🧅🥒 in the bowl a good toss.
