6th leg raise is not perfect for abs ,fold your legs and raise your hips too and try to squeeze abs

Sir mujhe heart problem hai aur stenting ho rakhi hai aur mera EFI percentage bhi 35 percent hai aise me konsi excercise sahi hogi fir rehne ke liye...... waiting for ur response.
