One thing to be clear about skipping a meal people who are prediabetic or have a high chance of developing diabetes as they have family history should be very careful as skipping meal raises blood sugar as body still needs energy to fucntion so its better to portion control and eat something light and healthy instead of completely skipping.

MashaAllah you have done an amazing job its takes soo much will power. Hats off to you. i'm not here to shame anyones journey if it works for you then you have smashed it. But a few points is if you are looking to lose weight NEVER go for the easy option as you will decline fast and have alot of loose skin. As someone who was very overweight I did all the fad diets. As a graduate in nutrition I can only advise on this and that is if you are trying to lose weight the average calories to consume is 1700 and then exercise depending on what you do would roughly be 300-500 calories less. BUT remember you have to feed ur body lots of protein for the journey to be successful and to KEEP IT OFF. As your muscles need this. also one thing is that we fixate on how much we weigh but one thing you need to remember is that majority of the time you might have gained weight or not lost any DON'T GET UPSET, this means you have lost fat but your muscles have gained mass which is 100% better. exercise isn't vital as it only contributes to 20% of the journey but if you strength train, have protein and be in a calorie deficit you will see change and lose weight, if you are very strict its proven to lose up to 7 TO 10KG per month AND IT STAYS OFF YOU NEVER GAIN IT. Also as I was overweight I had fear of loose skin but strength training helped me have less as i was loosing fat and my muscles gained mass so it tightened the skin but i also took supplements like collagen and sea moss. if you find exercise bit difficult the best form of exercise is walking start small like 5k steps in 30 mins, build yourself up.

​@@muhammadrafay1693 download karein fitness pal, wahan ap se ap ki current height weight awr ap ka goal weight puchenge like everything, awr us k according ap ko calories bata denge k ap ko kitni calories Lene chahye, then for example ap nay breakfast kar liya, wahan ap apna meal share karenge Jo ap ne breakfast me khaya hai. Wo calories count hojaengi awr total calories for the day me se deduct hojaengi.. awr ap ko pata chal jae ga k ap ap k pass kitni calories remaining hain Jo k ap lunch and dinner me consume karengi. That's it hope it helps!
