Hi sister .I didn't participate in your weight loss challenge but I continuously follow your advices and instructions.i started my weight loss journey from last October and I was 89 kg after my second delivery until October. You have been inspiring me through your videos and new ideas that I got a clear picture of how to loose weight with little effort in our daily diet. It's very difficult for me to go to the gym or spend time for walking as there's no one to take care of my baby here. But I slowly started following your instructions and diet so finally when I checked my weight yesterday I am shocked that I have dropped to 80 kgs by god's complete grace . Thank God and you for your motivational talks and ideas.

I've started watching your videos back to back whenever I find time, to keep myself motivated.. especially to find a fellow Tamilian in our tongue who understands our food habits. One request though, as an influencer, who so many people look up to, it would be great if you could call out jeera water as seeraka thanni. Jeera aka Jeeragam is a pure Tamil word, formed from: seer-akam meaning that which makes our insides proper i.e. akathai seer aakuvadhu. Idhai Tamil sollkavae payapaduthalamae, thirindha vada naattu sollai parappamal. En thaazndha vendukol, eduthukolla vendum endra kattayam illai.
