Following childbirth, I observed my hairfall but I remained calm. I took action to to control it. I chose a wellness-focused strategy. I prioritized my diet, having vitamin-packed foods, especially those high in Protein, Biotin. I exercised daily and engaged in meditation for stress control. I avoided styles that pull on my hair and quit using heated hair tools to minimise hair stress. I also started applying LittleExttra's Coconion shampoo, hair oil along with a neem wood comb. The result was hairfall control and the return of my confidence.

I don't know y these celebraties are saying I did this and that . every woman will put on weight after pregnancy and particularly these ladies showing their pregnancy pic or after delivery pic moreover most of the ladies they will lose some weight automatically during breastfeeding .it's not not a big deal, obviously they are in social media and they should reduce otherwise they wont get chance .if really you are over weight since childhood then reduce , those ppl can proudly say , I reduced ,this is really irritating.onething ppl have to understand diet always depends on the the body conditions,make your own diet chart plan then do walking,this is more than enough to lose weight..this lady is saying nutritional shake Is good for health ,how middle class ppl afford that.most of them didn't like my comment but this is fact.

It doesn't matter she lost weight after pregnancy or childhood weight there are still many people struggle with weight. Her experience can be motivational for many and her tips as well. You focus on the nutritional shake but she shared many other tips with natural ingredient. Why not you follow that? Tips ku thnk. But Shakes ..brown rice.. are not our food habits. There are more in our foods. Ungaluku siru dhaniyangal theriyuma? Pazaya Sadam and small onion combination benefits poi Parunga. Namba sapatu items vachi try panunga. Coz when ppl who are a bit influential like serial actors and film actors say. P ppl do take it as a Veda.. Going back to our food culture.. is the best remedy for alll.. And rice was not a regular food for tamil Ppl… it was started in between.. Plz Learn our history and culture .. they are our best doc and teachers for alllll doubts and help we need. Just a thought. Not to hurt. I have seen the positive sides of these. Good luck.

Sister... Just want to share knowledge only I'm commenting sis. Brown rice, red rice only our old food habits sis, kai kuthal arisi. In that only pazhaya sadam & all good for health, won't gain that much weight too. Nowadays rice, dal & all polished, chemically bleached, which is not good for health. She is right, doctor too advising the same to take red rice, brown rice which have low carbohydrates for weightloss & lifestyle modification for those who suffer with pcos, pcod. Siru dhaniyam only she also telling in English millets, thinai is also one of the millet. We can take millets, but not daily the same millet, we can shuffle it & use like varagu, saamai, kuthiravali, etc. Because some of the millet causes too much of body heat. Proper intake of fluid either water or juice is necessary to cool the body & avoid dehydration while we are in diet. Don't blindly follow anyone tells our food is right. Nowadays everything is business sister. Don't mistake, just for info only I am commenting this message.
