I was 82kg and I started doing workout at home and avoid rice potato cold water suger oily food and junks... without gym at home I reduced 22kg now iam 60 kg...now my target is to 55kg... Edit:Hello Guys...I am ought to reach my goal..Now following the same routine as I have already mentioned above iam 56.4 kg... come on guys let's Rock...👍

I was 102kg in 2015 in 2020 my weight is 70kg I almost lost 30kgs with simple life style changes 1. Eat food at ideal time 8am to 8.30am break fast 12.30 to 1.00pm lunch Most importantly dinner at 7.00 to 7.30pm or by 8.00pm go to bed 2 hours after dinner. 2.include lite bevarages, tender coconut, green leafy vegetables in your diet 3. Casual walking for 2 hours a day in a play ground or park 4. Limit the intake of sweets, bakery products, spicey and oiley junk foods 5. be clam it take time to see results it took nearly 5years for me to see the weight transformation Always have a positive attitude and mindset.... It can be done! I changed my mindset when I started watching videos like this. Within 3 weeks of taking the rubbish food from my diet and doing light exercises I've lost 7kg..that may not be a lot to some people but yesterday when a friend noticed that I've lost weight it's motivated me to keep up the good work that I'm doing for myself! So never give up on yourself! 😊

7 kg is a lot. I lost 3 kgs in 3 weeks and I am happy but I eat only fruits and vegetables salads and little nuts. It's amazing to loose 7 kgs in 3 weeks . You can be very happy🎉

Guys here I'm telling u one thing My weight was 84 kg in december 2020 So i wanted to loose my weight but koi goal nhi tha So now I'm 77 kg and what I really did for weight loss Was Walking 10,000 steps daily in morning And then returning back to home and consume 2 glass of Luke warm water And what I consume throught the day was healthy For example 2 r Chappati with 1 bowl of vegetable or yogurt And same in dinner And almost i have cut all the junk food from my daily routine And if i tell about my experiance that I start believing on myself Self confidence increased and a ray of positivity in my life And don't believe on youtubers and google plagiarized articles these people are just collected lot of information from books and myths but you the only person know what the situation is So believe in yourself and youll be insane some say

Vanlal thatluangi I just started mine.. I do skipping every morning with a skipping rope. Since it’s convenient to use and it’s not expensive. I go for running on weekends. And sometimes I do a bit of exercise and yoga to increase flexibility. And for my diet I started eating a quarter of what I used to eat. I cut down rice, sugar and Junk food. I started eating fruits for dinner and sometimes skipping dinner.. it has been 2 weeks of doing this and I lost almost 5 kgs. You could try doing intermittent fasting for faster results. And try eating dinner at 6/ 7pm and not late at night, I used to do it and now I regret it.

70kgs to 51kgs! It took a lot of sacrifice in the beginning, but was worth every second when I didn't break a sweat even after running two kilometres and could lift weight with ease!! For me, it wasn't about the weight. It was about the strength I gained.

Well, if u hv email or what's app I can share my diet or even pics with u.. Black coffee played a vital part in it.. 1st and most important, we need to stay focused, persistent and patience. There is no weight loss pill but just strong will power. I avoided all fast food, oil, rice n flour. I didnt stop eating all above in one day, but it took me 6 months, to leave them gradually. And after six or seven months, I was following these steps strictly. 1) full big mug of hot water as soon as I open my eyes. 2) after half an hr, one cup if black coffee without sugar. 3) after an hour, one bread with one slice of cheese and egg. 4) then broccoli cooked with chicken or any other vegetables cooked with asian style but with no oil. Along with jo and bajray( millet) ki roti.(very small portion). 5) between 4 to 5, must eat beetroot n papaya on daily basis till date). Dinner must not be late by 7 or 7 30 and must include, chicken, fish or red meat but without oil at all. And right before sleeping, half cup of hot whole milk with one spoon of coconut oil, and half tea spoon of turmeric, 10 to 12 raisins, 7 almonds, 2 to 3 walnuts. Taking it till date and it helped me a alot in maintaining my skin, indeed I'm 40 but look exactly like 22 or 23, withthe grace of God. LAST N MOST IMPORTANT,IT IS MORE THAN 2 YEARS BY NOW, EVEN IN PEAK SUMMERS, I DRINK PROPER HOT WATER. I reduced weight with diet n walk helped me just 20 percent.

I was not fat but I was just healthy and people still make fun of me bcz I looks weird bcz of my heavy breast even through I'm a doctor ...but still I have to face fat shaming ...even my family cousins made joke of me but I stated to do chest exercises ...and now I look fit accordingly to them even though my weight was only 57 (164cm my height) which is good but I had to do workout just to make myself confident in front of everyone😑😑😑😑(shame to be live in society who is so judgemental)

ou should take into consideration your own height... If you're 165cm then 62 is good, maybe dropping 2 kg or 3 is enough. Try to cut sugar and exercise to get a good shape... nothing beats a beautifully shaped body.

Me too the same ,bachpan se moti thee, leon I do EVAFITNESS in KZbin and diet and already lost 3 kg in 3 weeks, I was 102 kg the first year after my second child in 2010 i lost 8 kg, and from 94 kg I lost already 3 kg now with eva aerobics. I'm positive ,I'm healthy, I can run in the morning to accompany the children af school ,its the feeling that I never got before.

I am currently 17 and I have started Intermittent fasting and keto since 15 may (14 days before my weight :95Kg) doing One meal a day on alternative days I will update here after one month 😊 Edit/Update : Alhamdullillah I've lost around 5-6 Kg in one month by intermittent fasting with keto and one meal a day on alternative days ☺️ Now im 89 Kg continuing my diet untill I reach my goal.

Im from northeast state india And...in 2019 my weight is 69 and now 2020 my weight is 48....i do 50 mins exercise regularly at home which is cardio only.... And i eat non veg, rice, oats, fruit, rice noddles , which is traditionally food..and lots of water..... I drnk..... The Best part is i dont take sweet right from childhood..... 😉😉😉
