I take Trulicity 4.5 for diabetes type 2 (it is a Gl-P1 agonist as well as Wegovy or Ozempic). I have been taking it for 1 year 3 months. I am still nauseous for 3 days after taking my weekly dose. My A1C went from 6.8 to 5.1 and i have lost 251 pounds to date. I didn't have weight loss surgery, it wasn't the right move health wise for me. Congratulations on your weight loss, i am proud of you. For my nausea, my doctor refuses to give me meds. I drink sprite zero and eat a serving of saltines. I have found intaking less caffeine helps lessen my nausea.

I do have some sprite zero that I got on sale - stashed in my party drink bin. I drank one and it did help. Thank you for the tip! Congrats on the weight loss! That is such a great accomplishment!!!

Laura, do you still have your gall bladder? If so, when on these types if medications you have to really watch your fat intake or it will make your nausea so much worse. I can't imagine taking the higher dosage. The Trulicity 4.5 makes nauseous for 3 to 4 days after I take it already. You are doing great! I see you and am proud of you.

I’m on insulin now because of diabetes. I feel so much better on it than before. Been through various diets and clubs but couldn’t stick to it. Im currently wearing a super dry tshirt size 12 uk and 8 in the USA sizing. I am still eating a lot and wanting to eat . I have lose a lot of weight through illness too like over 60 pounds and more now.

I take Ozempic. I love it and my it has really decreased my A1C. The biggest change for me it has stopped my hunger hormones. I am never hungry. Ive been known to not eat for 4 or 4 days. I know its unhealthy but its the wierdest thing. I am just not hungry. Like yesterday for example, i woke up nauseous. My doctor always writes me a prescription for it. I was so sick and then suddenly realized i hadnt eaten since Monday evening. I just was off all day but i woke up feeling good today. So now im going to try and feed myself when i feed my dogs. Good luck cant wait to hear your next update.

Oh no!! PLEASE make sure you are eating!!! Even if it is something small! That is a great idea to make sure you eat when you feed your dogs.
