When switching to a new position it's more effective for the camera not to be zoomed in on Tara's face, but zoomed out to view the position. Other than that, love this video.

Cont from my comment below... I would wake up in the morning and go to my yoga mat at the end of my bed and googled sun salutation. This was four months ago and since then I haven't missed a day of yoga at least once a day. My progress has been really slow, but, I'm finally seeing a difference. Walking in the morning is still really difficult but at least after five to fifteen minutes of yoga I can walk across the room. I am confident I will continue to have progress. Yoga has changed my life!

I've been doing this workout for a few days and I really enjoy it. It's quick and effective. I do this routine before work to help with any anxiety I have and after work to relax (for a workout it is pretty relaxing). I've noticed my core getting stronger and my balance improving day by day!

I'm so grateful for these videos. I have MS and fibromyalgia and have done a million things to get my health on track. A complete change in diet, trying different meds, getting off all meds, acupuncture, the works but I was still to the point that I couldn't walk in the morning. I did belong to a gym for two years (contractually bound) but rarely went. One day I just decided to find a sun salutation on KZbin. I figured I could try two or three minutes every morning and night for a month.

FYI she has created her own style of yoga called Strala Yoga which explains the different style. Every yoga teacher has a different style and Tara created her own style and has her own studio etc. These are meant to be short 10 minute videos so that everyone can enjoy yoga at home/ wherever without having to go to a yoga class if they are unable to because of schedule/ cost etc.

I'm on my second week of “Weight Loss Idealiss” and I can already see a dramatic change in my eating habits. I've been eating more fruits veggies and not craving carbs as much, being Italian I loooove my carbs.. lol.. I have noticed I drink more water. I would deffinetly recommend this product...

As long as your Dr. is ok with it, I would definitely recommend yoga. The key is to always listen to your body first, and the yoga instructor second. Never, ever push yourself into a pose that you don't feel comfortable with. I can't stress that enough. Oh, I would also recommend taking a few beginner's classes with a certified yoga instructor before you begin a home practice, they will be able to show you how to do the poses correctly so you don't do damage to your back.

Longtime yoga practitioner here. My yoga teacher used to remind us constantly that if we were flexible, we needed to protect our joints. Make sure you don't lock your joints in poses. And especially make sure you don't hyperextend a joint. You can injure yourself over time doing this. Mr. Iyengar used to remind us, 'in every posture there is an element of firmness and ease.' So remember to incorporate ease in your joints when you hold a pose. With love...

Nice place! I just wanna ask, when you do yoga, does the place/location matters? Anyway, I've read articles on how yoga promotes weight loss and it's very interesting, because you know how yoga offers a lot of benefits whether physically. mentally and spiritually. I have tried several excess supplements and keep going back to Weight Loss Green Store Tea because IT WORKS! You do need to take a decent amount of it and drink a lot of water in addition to healthy diet and exercise, but I find I lose twice as much taking this daily than I was without it.

It's not about being fat or skinny, anyone would have difficulty with this if they've never done yoga before. It's not as easy as it looks. It's a full body workout to even hold simple poses. If you're having difficulty, you can even just take this video as a guideline and do what you can of it. Or try an easier routine, any yoga routine will help with weight loss and easier routines will get you more used to stretching and holding poses so you'll be able to do harder ones with time. :)

They're already kind of muscular and I'm afraid that I'll build even more muscles in them because in a lot of these exercises the weight is shifted into arms. So should I continue with these exercises or should I try something else?

+Xxxsorrow it's impossible to loose weight in one area. And to loose weight a well balanced diet and exercise is needed. You need to do anything that keeps ur heart rate up to burn fat and yoga would be a great way to tone up all the muscles in the body. Hope this helps! :)

Look at alternative push-ups, get used to them then try normal push-ups. If that doesn't work then try doing yoga for your back and shoulders.
