I'm going to use this comment section to document my days and to hold myself accountable :) Day 1 of 30: Wasn't too bad, I struggled a little with some of the squats but I'm feeling good Day 2 of 30: This workout was a breeze but the wall sits really got me Day 3 of 30: So far so good! I loved today's workout, it was a good challenge and really made me sweat

I just did day 3, I only have a ten kg plate so I am literally dying and having to step a few reps short. in lockdown here in melbs so dont have a choice

Hey, amazing videos, thank you so much! Can I just ask how much weight you use in these videos? I am very determined and will do all the 30 days, but it is so hard sometimes I am wondering if I use too heavy weight for a beginner?...

Hi Vivien, I believe coach Tam is using a 5kg plate and a 10kg plate. This seems to be suitable weight for most girls :)
