I love love love this workout! I love combining strength training with Pilates. I felt like you were talking directly to me when you went into half Starfish and said 'you can do this on your forearm if it's too painful for your wrist'... My husband husband walked into the room as I was saying 'I don't think I can do this on my Wrist'. And then you gave the prompt. Great workout Rachel! ❤️

Thank you for the time you put into your videos to give us amazing free exercises, I appreciate it so much! I finished the 28 wall pilates challenge yesterday and started this 7 week one today. I really enjoy (all) these exercises and it was the perfect way to get me back into exercising. Thank you!!

Just listened to your video about being accountable. I had a daily check in group, but different instructor, so I haven't posted there. I do schedule the videos on my google calendar like any other appointment. I love that you plan it for me. Hate trying to plan what to do. Not sure a fast way to click on your download schedule to take me to video, but do copy past link of video on my calender at times. This one easy because I started Jan 1st. I really love the wall pilates!

I'm so glad you liked it the video and are loving the challenge! I can imagine your job is very physical!! and you're right, core strength would definitely be important for your job. That's great to hear that you are enjoying workouts again. That is definitely one of my goals to have people find a love for movement, especially if they haven't in the past. Day 8 done! LOVED this one. I know I have said this for the last 3 I have done 😂 This particular 28 day challenge is really re-waking up muscles. I love the strength portion that you incorporate here. I always say this, strength in a woman is sexy! I missed this feeling 🎉🎉

Morning - I have arthritis in my big toe which makes it hard to do lunges. Do you have any other ideas to modify?

I would bring your back leg a bit further back and just bend the front leg while keeping the back leg straight

Great workout. Sweated towards the end. Upped the weights to 8 lbs each. Right knee is acting up so had to nurse it during the squats. Hopefully it clears up so I can get some bend in😂

Day 7 of 30 day challenge!! The last exercise with the leg circles use to be so hard for me to complete without stopping or adjusting BUT today I did it no adjusting or taking a break!!! I’m starting to notice a difference in my strength and endurance. Thank you!

Wednesday Feb 28th complete 🙂. My entire body is so sore before starting today’s workout. It’s most definitely more sore afterwards. Thank you Rachel for these amazing Pilates workouts. 💪🏽

I am following the 28 days wall pilates and today is the the free choice one. I worked on this one and love it very much. Thank you for teaching. If possible, please try to describe more speicific on which part of the body has what kind of feeling. This is the only way to be sure if I work it correctly. Thanks again.

Has anyone had success in losing a flabby stomach and gaining muscle tone after having a total hysterectomy? I seem to have trouble achieving a toned stomach now since my surgery in 2015.
