The ROM on those dips with 2 plates is sick... insane strength and the way you grinded those last reps. We all can learn from this training video.

Now those are dips the deep range of motion proper dips. Good control nice and slow and mind muscle connection squeezing perfect. Just like how Hannibal does them full range. Your physique reflects the quality of your reps look great.

You're building a body with the kind of dimensions of a competitive bodybuilder, but the way you go about it, I feel sure things remain as functional as ever for you! Incredible range of motion on those dips...well, really on every movement! I got a SLAP TEAR in my upper shoulder when doing weighted dips...I opted for NO surgery...it took me a little over two years to fully recover, doing continual light to moderate physical therapy on my own. All this to say... Be Careful on such Deep Ranges with heavy weight! YES, DO THEM just the way you are...but damn, be careful! Injury Free is KEY!

Hello Daniels, I noticed that during your deficit pushups you rotate your // handles slightly inward. Is it for joint comfort, targeting muscles differently... ? I really wonder why you would pick this variation, as it tends to place your shoulder joint/humerus in a seemingly disadvantageous position to generate force. I never tried this variation but I will tonight to see the difference. Thanks for sharing per usual
