How many days a week would u gym/weight train for rugby and what body splits would u do??

Good question. I discuss this in my video “Rugby In Season Guide” and go into a lot of detail. I would definitely recommend checking that out. Or the preseason video. Short version, you can “get away” with 2 whole body sessions in-season. Though 3 is probably best for most people. Using an anterior, posterior and power day split, or just 3 whole body sessions with different focusses.
