Damn that Limp Bizkit on the background took me back to Matrix. Got shivers down the spine. I knew something was about to go down in this video. Cool guys doing cool things. And it just hit me hard that the new uni students, or even graduating ones, weren't born when Matrix came out. My mind got blown. Unfathomable, such a modern and world changing movie is history to the current generation.

Sach Alvarez mate please don’t comment when you know nothing about this sport. Athlets in all technical sports are used to change their technique due to growth as a teenager or because of bulk or increase of power. Please watch the whole series where Gabriel is literally improving or if you will changing their technique on each session together. So Please, no bullshit like this on Clarence’s channel.

Clarence, I don't mean to offend, did he mentioned something about consistency on your technique? Sometimes I see a perfect beautiful clean or snatch and the next one you are slightly stepping forward/back. Of course it happens to everyone to have a better lift sometimes but at the elite level I see the exact same lift across until they hit their 97%-100%+

Yeah in squats no shit, but Toshiki is such an inefficient lifter when you compare his squats to his olympic lifts. The guy literally squats 300kg for reps and front squats like 260kg but his clean & jerk and snatch are "only" 199kg and 163kg @89kg.
@jimmyzhu1741
@jimmyzhu1741 5 жыл бұрын
Yeah it's really easy to say a professional athlete who is competing is better than an amateur lifter who trains just because he likes to. Like someone already said, Toshikis actual weightlifting numbers besides his squats are below average for his weight class.
