About the licking feet part...I remember I had read about a death penalty about covering the criminal’s feet with a layer of honey-cream-mixture, then get a goat to lick it off, the entire process is extremely tickly, so tickly that the criminal won’t be able to stop laughing hysterically. The problem is, the longer you laugh with full strength, more air will be squeezed out from your lungs, so eventually you will…die by suffocation. Laughing your lungs out, guess that’s it.

We had a similar situation like the landlord one. The agent ended up having to move into the trailer with a carpenter ant problem, rotting floorboards from a leak they never wanted to fix and a furnace wiring problems and no door for the bathroom, cuz that's how they expected us to live. Oh, and mouseholes. A mouse hole was literally thru the side of the trailer, I could see outside 😯 And we decided to take back all our lightbulbs we put in and the smoke detector we bought too cuz there wasn't one when we moved in. Oh, also I found and contacted their new inspector to tell him the history of that trailer and how the landlord and agent had behaved. It wasn't long after he decided not to do any services for them, lol, and they're still not allowed to sell the trailer til they can find an inspector and have everything up to code! 😂

When I was in middle school, I was walking by the auditorium and heard some sounds I was familiar with. I peaked inside to see what was all the ruckus and noticed a viewing of Spice World, but the spectators were a brunch of high school boys who had a history. I wasn't sure what was going on and didn't stick around. Word soon got around on what was going on. It turns out, a couple of repeated hooligans at the high school were ordered to watch and take an exam on the film. They were told it would be for a grade to make up for the time in their stay in ISS. It wasn't clear, but one of the hooligans likely pushed it by doing something sexist or something. However, they weren't told that it was actually a review for the school's newspapers and tricked into given it a positive review. It didn't end there. One of the hoodlums was in one of my sister's classes and was ordered to write a book report of the novel, Emma, while others got to choose a book. 🤣

In Sweden, we don't really have landlords. We own our apartments/houses ourselves. You can always rent your place out to someone else if you move in with a partner or parents, if they need help. And businesses can rent out apartments too, like in the city i live the clisest to, but there isn't really any landlords, so there isn't many who can get away with wrong doings

I can actually relate to this guy; one morning, when I was in middle school, most likely eighth grade, my younger brother and I were arguing over who had control over the TV remote, so my mom broke up the fight by taking the remote herself, and switching on Disney Junior. Neither myself nor my brother liked that show at that time, and we were *very* vocal about our disenchantment. Those medieval masks, I have to believe, inspired a lot of the bizarre and disturbing ritual masks, people have been later reported wearing. There have been videos of people in twisted versions of bird, pig, monster, masks. 1 of my brothers, as a child, may have encountered such people (though, what they were up to, no one knew). He just remembered people who wore such masks (he thought were their real faces), having him slip out of the house and pushing him on a swing, in the middle of the night. There was enough evidence, including neighbors seeing a dark car pulled near the house, those same nights, to support it happened.

I used to have a bad landlord in Sacramento I’m somewhere else now but the landlord wouldn’t pay for anything they made us pay for it like a pool the house and the house was infested with bugs they got karma we left trash and we stopped cleaning so we moved out and they got instant karma so they had to clean the house and do all what they wanted us to do so I stand karma who agrees that that was a good punishment for them?

The first clip instantly reminded me of the 1991 film starring Joe Pesci, The Super. The plot of this film is exactly like the punishment received by the aforementioned landlord. Here is a little trivia regarding the movie courtesy of IMDB. The movie's plot was inspired by the landlord, Morris Gross, who was sentenced to live in a neglected apartment in one of his buildings for failing to correct more than 400 housing code violations. The sentence was the first of its kind in New York.

Honestly I think the cases of public shaming for first time offenders should be Universal across developed Western countries. Give the judges a little bit of leeway to deal with it and you not only get fewer people actually in prison but fewer people with any temptation to redo their crime. Especially with social media at your shame can last for eternity. A little bit of well-deserved humiliation versus completely ruining someone's life is definitely a trade-off worth making in a lot of minor disorderly and first-time offense cases.

@@lisalisavirgowarrior1111 well at least WE have a sense of humor, lucky for you. It isn't that we are "weirdo nuts" as you so quaintly put it, it's just that we are better at thinking outside the box than those from most other states. California and New York: Don't so much as let one hair or whisker stray out of the box. Texas and Florida: Ok you can go play outside, but be back in your box by dark. Ohio: Box? What box? Did you see a box? I didn't notice any box.
