Several Zapp's varieties are actually pretty widely available even here in north-central PA. The Voodoo chips are a huge fave of mine; the Evil Eye chips, not so much. Strangely, none of the stores around here carry the Original flavor of Zapp's.

I work at a Potbelly sandwich shop in Madison, Wisconsin and we keep Zapp's in stock lol. One of my favorite brands of kettle chips and my work is the only place I can find them.

I found Zapp's on Amazon a few years ago. I live in Wisconsin, so they're not up here in the stores, but man...they are addictive! Voodoo especially. I wish they'd come out with a baked version though, since the kettle chips are crazy high on calories...and with as addicting as they are, it gets dangerous fast lol

These are abundant in almost all stores in Texas. They are especially abundant and very cheap if your purchase them from a "discount" store like dollar general, family dollar, dollar tree, etc.

The voodoo flavour I think is probably the same as All Dressed (BBQ with tang) in Canada. I haven't seen all dressed kettle cooked chips though!

Having had both all dressed and Voodoo, in my opinion, there is actually a difference. The voodoo chips are tangy, for sure, but they also have a sweetness to them that the all dressed don’t have. They’re similar, for sure, but there’s definitely differences between the two. They were the result of an accident that occurred at the factory once, when a worker spilled a pallet of various spices, and they all got mixed together. They tasted the result, loved it, and it became the flavor for the voodoo chip. They really really are their own thing!

These are my absolute favorite chips I've ever had. I live in minnesota and can almost never ever find them, My local walmart had small packs of them, then stopped carrying them. Otherwise I saw them ONCE at Target. Otherwise I gotta go spend and arm and a leg to go to the minnesota's largest candy store to buy em. HELP ME FIND THESE CHIPS????

These are actually made in by a company based in my hometown, Hanover PA, by UTZ. I'd recommend grandma utz, my absolute favorite, but you're a vegetarian and they're cooked in lard. I guess they're still made in Louisiana but it's owned by UTZ. I'd like to add though that Zapps are damn good. I can get them everywhere here in Myrtle Beach.

I live in the Adirondacks, which is a state park in upstate New York. Fairly remote; very rural. I see Zapp's chips in just about every gas station I visit, but they're still really good. The Voodoo flavor is my favorite.

Funnily enough, Zapp's are available in my small town gas station in SW Michigan. I've oddly never had their regular flavor. Voodoo is the flavor I see most often (here and in Chicago) as well as a few other flavor, but never regular.

Interestingly, we have Zapp's potato chips (only Voodoo flavor) at Fleet Farm in Wisconsin of all places. I haven't ever seen them at traditional grocery stores, but an adapted Farm Equipment store with a small grocery section is prime real estate for New Orleans specialties I guess.

I live in a college town that's in the farm counties outside Chicago and they sell Zapp's just at the local Wal-Mart. They're super crunchy and even have a bit of a potato flavor. They're the best.

Have not watched it all the way yet. Before those metallic plastic bags were invented, potato chips did not hold up in the humid climate of LA. So, a local chip would be much better, especially kettle cooked, which are always more crisp.

have you done any videos on fruits that are sweet from something other than sugar? i think ive heard of a couple (vaguely remember one in a video about taste buds and they mentioned that gorillas or some other primate evolved to not find that sweet because it didn’t give them many calories), and i know plants have evolved it in leaves at least like stevia, but i think it would be an interesting video topic. i looked through your playlists (too many videos lol) and didn’t see anything. thanks, really cool videos

In northern Virginia voodoo and some of the other flavors are common but for some reason regular flavor isn't, I've never had it but I'd get that over any other brand, zapps are so good
