There's an infrastructural deficit in Nigeria due to bad leadership and lack of maintenance. The only place that's developed in Nigeria is the city centre of Abuja. But when it comes to most developed states in Nigeria in terms of human development index; it goes by 1. Anambra 2. Lagos 3. Abuja

We have worst set of leaders in Nigeria. The Anambra people builds their homes, do their water, pay tax, provide their electricity and everything. The only few thing that is left for government are abandoned. Without planning, there can't be development. Look at beautiful and expensive mansions that the government is treating like it's not the common wealth of the people?

@IkennaChibuzo you're very right my brother! That's just the advantage the igbos have. I can tell you that the south west has more nice looking roads and bridges than us but they're not so lucky in individual building and homes. Just imagine how Awada or infact the whole of Onitsha would look like if it has an interlocked inner roads, with street lights, mandatory renovation of houses with government aid. And then with some flowers and a well maintained waste managements? Why can't these fools that call themselves governors look into this? We can have the best city in west Africa, we fuckin have all it takes. They're busy looking for foreign investors with shitty cities? Na why all of them dey go Lagos.
