buildSOLO is an at home strength training plan for mountain bikers. The video outlines the goal of Brave Endeavors, why strength training is important for cyclists, how often to do the workouts, and the required equipment.
The basic equipment required is:
2 dumbbells. Most people find 15-20# is perfect.
A bench/box/or cooler. Ideal height is 2 inches below your knee. Must be sturdy enough to stand on.
A foam roller
