Hey Justin, love your content and your goal for the community grain mills! We ain’t to far away from you, down in stokes county, NC. My husband and I have a hand crank mill that we got last year and I have to admit I’m havin a hard time mastering corn bread with the fresh corn meal. I’ve cooked cornbread my whole life, but with the store bought stuff. Can you give me some tips or possibly a video on makin cornbread with fresh corn meal? I appreciate it! Keep it up and can’t wait until your mills are available, you may have a customer right here!
