I think it's because more women are heading to the gyms to effectively work their glutes nowadays rather than performing lighter exercises, but people don't realize that a lot of men work their glutes too. It's just not talked about as much, and it's a weird stigma to place on him. Honestly, I started looking into strength training my glutes because I was watching athletes (mainly the NFL) and made the connection that their gains didn't just come from anywhere. They hit that gym! 💪🏿

Major props to Bret and Alex for the editing of this video. Never has the word "Majestic" tickled me so much. I thoroughly enjoyed the house tour. Bret seems like such a humble, down to earth guy who happens to have a lot of women stay in his home. But he really should have his diplomas, certificates and accolades wall mounted. They're pretty impressive. I didn't know about a lot of those things. Again, I'm impressed. That steam room is also impressive by the way. But the ending of the video is really hilarious.
