My grandma put in a fence over 25 years ago and we live in Pennsylvania which has a lot worse weather than it was 100% cedar now I guess a couple years ago once I did fall down but we quickly replaced it was just a cheap metal fence but still the rest of the fence is held up strong and still perfectly fine so 15 years I think it’s an understatement

Congratulations on the new house. I remember buying our family home. Just afterwards my bank called me, if I would need information about retirement saving plans. They don´t understood, as I told them „I live in my savings plan.“ 18 years forward, the kids are grown up, and we will pay the very last payment on the mortage on december 30th. Jesssss. It´s ours.

Put some steel wool in the hole around the cable and fill around it with spray foam or paintable silicone to keep mice from getting into your walls. They will do tremendous damage to a house if you aren’t careful. Especially in the country.

I have never had my own home. Tho I have had my own washer+dryer. There are alot of hateful comments about you not rebuilding cars anymore..I do'nt know how long you have been doing videos..because Me and my family have only been been able to watch your videos since the swamp vette. That is my favorite!! I had what turned out to be only a 3g phone,with the the worst ever customer service & data plan,that buffered for 3 years strate,tho still watched them.

If you back the Tesla into the garage you could have kept the charger right by the box and wouldn’t have to cross the wire over to the other side of the car. Just how the charging stations are situated in parking lots

Don't mind the vlogs at all. Your new home looks great. Plenty of room to build a nice shop and park plenty of cars! The Tesla is just a beautiful car, and that is a beautiful truck for about $50k less than the Longhorn which has pretty much the same functionality for you. You are one of the hardest working people on KZbin with the hustling you do with he cars plus the amount of content you produce compared to other content creators... You earned these things for sure. When figuring what they charge you a kilowatt hour you take your total bill and then divide that by how many KW kilowatt hours you use. Because sometimes the power companies make it sound like they’re only charging us seven cents but if you figure it all out with all the transmission cost and all the other crap it’s quite a bit more. Last month I used 903 kWh and my bill is 106.89.mine was almost .12 per hr.

I had an acre home in California brand new in 1988, surrounded by a 6foot chain link fence that cost $ 3,000 installed, with a large gate and concrete pad for my Boat and a single gate on the other side of the house.....inflation ????? You bet !!!! Your Tesla looks too good to be true...I'd like to see more Video's concerning your take on the features and performance......

Randy. The house is very nice looking. I like how you wired the Tesla charger. Easy installation and ability to quickly remove it. Did you think about adding something to the wall to cover the hole? i would have done everything you did with it. However I would have went out and bought a white plastic wall blank plate. then took a hole saw bit that matched size you needed and drilled a hole in the blank plate and then run the wire through it so as to make it look a bit neater(no exposed hole in the wall) but still able to easy remove it. By the way, a funny easter egg with the tesla: If you want to open your charge port, you could use the voice command "open butthole" (Yes I'm serious that's an actual thing, look it up if you want too). When you originally said the fence was 18k I was also confused, but now that you see it, you realise why it costed that much

That fence looks very well-built; especially, with those metal posts which will not rot in 20 years, and the 2X4 horizontal boards. The fence will most likely last much longer than the roof on the house. Congratulations!!!

Please put that wire in pvc conduit That’s about 50 bucks in materials. 90 out of the wall, down to the charger and then 90 up the wall.

I would have put the nice side of the fence on the inside. The fence should last your lifetime, since it is cedar and they used 2x4s. That's a reasonable price for the fence, since half the price is for labor. So how many cars can fit in your backyard?

MY mom had the same model of fridge and it fell a part i less than 3 years. The doors wouldn't close right. and the hinges and springs on the upper french door will have to be replaced every 3 years
