How are dislikes possible on videos like this? it's all about expression and being free yes, but extrinsic motivation works too because i'm a bboy and I know getting money is tough when all you do is practice, so a little reward gives more incentive for people to work harder and push the boundaries in competitions; otherwise progression would be impossible as everyone would be satisfied with their level and not want to improve based on peoples progression around them. Comps are healthy. Peace

I was stupid and tried a frontflip onto a beach too early on before i actually had the move nailed so i ended up almost breaking my ankle and i was off training for 6 months :/ I've learnt my lesson now! :D Progress slowly and repeat the move many times to get the muscle memory and break the move down into steps and practice those individual steps and bring it all back together, then you reduce the risk of injury :)
