Surprisingly, Nashville is one of the top US cities for vegans. Some of the restaurants to hit up are Graze, Wild Cow, Avo, The Southern V, Vege Licious and Sunflower Cafe.

Yup Southern V is good. I like their breakfast a lot. Wild Cow’s tacos and burritos are tasty. Graze also has good breakfast but honestly everything is good there that I’ve tried.

Sunflower Cafe, Vege-licious, Graze, Wild Cow, The Southern V, Avo, The Be-Hive - there are plenty of delicious vegan places in Nashville. And, as long as you’re not concerned about it being cooked on the same grill as their meat dishes, lots of restaurants in town carry the Impossible Burger or other vegan dishes. There are several great Middle Eastern restaurants that offer things like falafel as well.

Another Vegan Restaurant in Nashville that my friends and I like to go to is called Graze. They do also own a restaurant called The Wild Cow. Next door to them is Five Daughters Bakery and they have a few Vegan doughnut selections.

Best way that I can eat vegan is Indian food (mainly South Indian, though good luck finding non-North Indian restaurants anywhere). It's extremely easy to make a meal vegetarian and not all that difficult to avoid anything with milk products in it - you're really only eliminating paneer (cheese) and any kind of yogurt (raitas are mostly yogurt, so obviously stay away from that). Also makhani means something has butter in it (though it's almost always paired with paneer or some sort of meat - just watch out for dal makhani)
