Why is my wifi dongle not working? Even signature solar can't slove the problem, EG4, why you all got the 6000xp inverter and I can not monitor the system.. serial#BG SMH. I'M frustrated!!

Maybe try contacting eg4 directly. They respond fairly quickly to emails I think.

You have to crank down on the dongle mounting screws, especially the ones closest to the cabinet side.

I added my second dongle to my home station site and would get 2 solid greens and a flashing INV light. I was told it was not communicating with the inverter and to shave off the gasket on the dongle and re install it. Sure enough, it works fine now. It is a known fit problem with these dongles.
