How do we remove it if we want to charge it

are people able to pull out the camera from the mount? or destroy it when its installed i live in an apartment and people here really do damage our keyholes kick our door etc.. And ive about had it but knowing them they're going to try to get rid of the camera if we get one. So i just want to make sure before I buy it.

Yes they can rip off the whole mount with the camera but your video is stored on your cloud and you might be able to identify who did it.

@@weldingandstuff if the customer doesn't pay Ring the $10 monthly cloud service they have no evidence.

How long does the battery last though? Do you have to keep unmounting it everytime it needs a charge? I feel like that would get annoying.

have one, charge only last one month. then it's dead.

It’s defective; send it back. In your ring app, go to device health and make sure the battery is charging correctly and see if you can get it charged to 100%
