Imu said it was because of Lily's "blunder" that the ponygliphs were spread across the world but he also mention the possibility that it wasn't a blunder but on purpose and it was confirmed to him by Cobra when he said Lily D. Nefertari, that made Imu angry because it confirmed Lily betrayed him, the flashback with little Ace and Sabo wasn't a coincidence or a gag, just like Ace offered Sabo the D moniker, Joyboy or some other ancient D offered Lily the D, she wasn't always a D she took that name a symbol of defiance to Imu, that's how he knew now that she betrayed him. D is a clan isn't bound by blood but by an ideal and an inherited will, they raise the banner of Dawn against Imu. so in the future there may be some character that will add a D to they name Basically what I'm saying is, Buggy D. clown will become a reality

Wapol was eavesdropping because Nefertari was there. He has had a raging hateb0ner for vivi and her dad for ages. Remember that one flashback, where we saw wapol being angry with king Nefertari, so he stepped on young vivi‘s foot on purpose just to hurt her. But she bit back her tears and apologized like a true stateswoman, which massively impressed Dalton. Might have been Dalton‘s flashback to begin with, it’s been some time.

The shadowy figures of the transformed Gorosei was seriously menacing, especially the panel where Sabo is carrying Cobra and the five shadows are chasing him down with Imu's eyes in the background. I can live with not seeing their true forms because it was so effective. Plus I suspect we'll be seeing one of them soon.

I saw a theory that when Wapol called Morgan it was to leak everything that happened inside the room which makes sense since him leaking could save his life since they wouldn’t be able to assassinate him quietly anymore and Morgan wasn’t in the throne room if you look in the corner of the page you can see the transponder snail snap the picture. Also the Greenbull disrespect is insane we saw Fuji in bandages after the Reverie and people thought it was Sabo and them but now we know it was Greenbull. Last thing I also hate how he doesn’t kill characters if the characters head gets smashed by a they should die especially if they don’t use Haki so K’iemon and Charlie should be dead. B

I think the big blob is the blond member, but whichever one it ends up being I think they'll be named Mercury and have a mercury devil fruit

Yes, the silhouettes are the Gorosei. Looks like they're all Zoan users, my guess is that they all have Mythical Zoans that are Hito Hito no Mi god variants like Luffy. Imu staying in shadow might be a consequence of their power. No one knows what the power is but they might be the moon side of the coin to Luffy's sun. Btw, about the silhouettes. Oda has confirmed he starts with silhouettes and literally writes the story around them.

So how I read *those* panels: Imu attacks Cobra with the arrow/devil tail when his theory gets confirmed (at that point the Gorosei hadn't transformed plus they would've just shot Cobra). Sabo jumps in, attacks the Gorosei, fires an attack at Imu who transforms (based of the change in his eye) and literally eats the attack. Then the Gorosei transform, with a giant one shielding Imu. I think Imu (& the silhouetting of the Gorosei this time) is somewhat inspired by the phantom blob & the shadows in this early Mickey Mouse animation (1:50) kzbin.info/www/bejne/goG6aGOnadxoptk. It's not as clear in scanlations, but in the raws it looks like a shadow is sat on the throne, not a silhouette of an individual but a flat 2D thing is on the throne. If so, it'd allow Oda to go crazy for the final battle without losing the balance as luffys villian would have animation inspired abilities too. Classic Mickey Mouse Vs Classic Warner Bros.

About the photo of Sabo standing over wounded king Cobra : there's a panel with a photo snail, hanging on a pillar, and snapping a pic of the moment. So Morgans was not in the throne room himself, the photo he published was the one from that snail. The big question that remains is, was that snail secretly placed in the throne room by Morgans, or was is some kind of official security snail that's part of the palace defenses. I'd opt for the latter, because the former would mean Morgans already knows about Imu, and that's just too big of a secret for a loudmouth like him.

I believe the silhouettes are actually the gorosei's either true form or possibly zoan df forms. Right before the silhouettes appeared Sabo hit the gorosei with flames. I suspect their "names" aren't actually names but titles they got by eating specific df's. There have been multiple references to space and even Luffy is the "sun god" so perhaps the gorosei and Imu will be related somehow to the Roman gods.

My theory is the “shadows” is a different form of haki, like a direct counter to conquerors haki. Something like intimidation haki, or maybe even malice haki. Which if conquerors haki is all about D.etermination, it would be the direct counter to a haki of malice
