Your better off buying a cheap value Everstart battery from Walmart than any used or LKQ battery. I think most people don't know the Everstart batteries are only like 70 bucks. Most people run to Autozone or any other parts chain and take the 200 dollar hit with no lube.

@@john-dz6wk Yes that company is called Johnson Controls and they make a major of the batteries for all the companies out there. Even Project Farm tested the Everstart and gave them a great rating.

Results may vary depending on where you live, I live in Minnesota, really cheap batteries will get you by but typically won't hold up well after a few winters. I personally buy the auto parts store brand just because that's where I buy all my car stuff, whatever you can find that's a good value to you!

For those who don’t know this is the throttle or air intake they go bad with dirt not cause the blade to shut properly this can cause problems with ideal or other running conditions

You seem to be a damn good mechanic. Good to see and i watch your vedio's often. Always put your stands under the car once you jack it up. We bought a new hydraulic jack and the mechanic did not put the stands under for safety as the jack was new. I told him that he needed to and i put them under. He took the wheels off and was lying down under the car when the hydraulic jack failed. He thanked me so much for putting the stands for him. He missed death. Take care God bless .

I’ve bought a couple of batteries for my trucks in the past from Hone Depot and very happy with them. They sell Exide. Both times the prices were better than anyone else.

The more important thing to look for in a car battery is free replacement warranty. But if you arent worried about that...buy the cheap battery. Thats essentially what you are paying for. The batteries tend to be manufactured at the same place with different brand labels on them namely Johnson Controls makes batteries for Autozone and walmart different labels. Good Batteries now days really are AGM, "Absorbed Glass Mat" batts. I prefer em but they cost more. A good reliable modern answer to the old car battery

There are good places now that do service and recharge batterys to sell you for super cheap. The good places will offer warranty and usually really good reviews. Also, when I say cheap, its about 1/4 of the price of a new one. Whenever you get a battery please be sure to check the date on it to make sure its not that old.

Holy Crap!!! Johnny Law was all over that women's upstairs apartment. When they snuck up on her she was like WTF??? 😱😱😱 But other than that, i think it was really kewl that you could use the "pay it forward" money for this lady's battery. You can tell that she spent a ton on that throttle body and didn't have any money left over for a battery. $200.00 seems too high for the price of that battery. I buy all my batteries at Costco for around $125.00 and they come with a 3 year prorated warranty. They are even named brand Interstate batteries too.

I get parts stores are closer & convient, but man..WALMART have that battery for $129 with 3 years warranty & prob $110 for 2 years. Unless you have an account with parts stores for discounted prices. I'd get everything BUT parts from there! All fluids/batteries are at least 30-40% cheaper there! Don't sleep on Lowe's/Home depot for brake cleaner or PB Blaster! They are same price as Walmart so go with what's close. Gotta be smart with your money & make sure to buy fluids from Wamart while'll you have time or going there for something cause you'll be kicking yourself in years to come knowing you could've saved like $10k in fluids NOT GOING THERE!
