I’ve lost six and a half lbs. in three weeks. The second week the scale didn’t budge, but my curves are coming back, my shoulders are thinning and my face and chin are becoming more sculpted. Yes!!! I’ve had others around me ask what am I doing! ❤. One male friend half my age told me you are looking good!

I used to teach a 60 minute step class and the more you talk while exercising, over time your body adjusts and it becomes easier.

Tremendous workout! I love rebounding as a warmup before lifting weights - normally I work out on the rebounder with Dr. Mocor (great workouts, too) but today I wanted to try something different . It was more than worthwhile! 🎉❤

I prefer motivating music always when I am exercising and I would rather see a little box at the side showing what's coming next and no chatter. So this one isn't for me😂

I'm new to rebounding and this is my favorite workout so far. Good instructions, good encouragement. Having a mirror in the background was clever -- it gives me a side view of the instructor at all times.

I have had really bad back pain that was preventing me from exercising. This did it! I was able to get my heart rate up to my max for the first time in months! Just glad I happen to have a trampoline around 😆 But all kidding aside - THANK YOU!

It works 😅 whenever I do this workout my knee and back pain go away but if I don’t exercise the pain creeps back. I need to be consistent 😁

This is perfect! I completed this workout today and I had SO much energy when I was done I had to go for a walk! Love how it is also a quiet video too. I can't wait to do it again in a couple of days. THank you!

Loved this! According to my Fitbit I burned 100 calories in 15 minutes. I didn’t go crazy with it because it’s my first rebounder workout. Will do it again!!

I just stumbled on to this Well + Good video and love it. I exercise regularly on weekday mornings with a Zoom group of ladies for 30 minutes (strength training) and I usually do cardio on my own, but I get bored with the same routine so it was nice to change things up and bounce! I just got my bouncer and am quickly adapting! Great HIIT workout, Colette!!! I will definitely be interchanging this routing and jog/walking! Thanks for putting out effective content!

I was very close to this exact work out. I learned so much though to add and maybe push. You made a great video here. I subscribed. Added dumbbell exercises with it also, the time just flies, up to 40 minutes.

This exercise routine looks great, and I love that it brings the heart rate up just as it would with other high impact workouts, yet with the rebounder, the workout is gentle and more low impact on the joints. Such a win win! 🙂

You can lose roughly 8 to 12 lbs. a month. But don’t grow discouraged because you are sculpting and gaining toned muscle. So you’re still losing fat and toning!

Great workout! I sweat a lot and my heart rate is up. I felt too lazy to go to a gym today (well not just today..it happens a lot) , so I chose this one instead. I am so happy I found you :). I would like to do this at least twice a week. Thank you.

A energy secret . A pinch of sea salt and a zip fizz in a bottle of water just before starting. Takes the straining out of working. I started at 10 mins. now I’m up to 16 mins. Without dying! 😂

Warning: just because it’s described as low impact, be very careful and mindful of your movements. It’s very easy to land wrong or to lose your form on the unstable rebounder surface and doing that over and over in a workout session can do a number on your joints. I had a lot of experience using a rebounder and still severely aggravated the osteoarthritis in my knees. In particular, the high knees when running or jumping easily aggravate unhappy joints.

if you have unhappy joints make sure you aren't eating foods that are high in inflammation like sugar and seed oils (vegetable oil, saflower oil, corn oil, etc.), refined carbs (pasta bread cereal rice).
