Hey Dr. G I went back to Whole Raw plant-Based last year and my Lab blood work was all good and my Rheumatologist doctor asking me questions and he took Notes and I have show all yours Book( Goodbye Lupus, Autoimmune and Hello Delicious) to him and now he telling all his Patients

Your skin looks really good for any age, Dr Goldner, let alone for someone closer to 50 than 40!! Wow. Just glowing, and likely without any help from makeup and highlighters. Ha ha.

Yours and Thomas' methods will become more mainstream in your lifetime. I hope you can continue to put your energy into this strategy of making this protocol known in reputable medical journals. Everyone deserves to know what is possible. Go Brooke!!! Go Thomas!!! Dynamic duo. Also I am happy to hear you are having a good family break planned for the holiday season. The first year is the hardest. ❤ The shredder community continues to mourn this unimaginable loss with you.

Dr. Goldner, it is really great to share these testimonies up front. When I share your videos, I hope it makes people want to find out more. The testimonies are what motivate me to begin. I've watched you and people on your group page for well over one year. The results are amazing. The people have spoken. As a PT of 28 years and student of functional medicine 10 years, I just see so much here with how this is working. I am kicking myself for not finding a way much sooner. But, I've had severe May-Thurner Syndrome and couldn't stand long enough to prepare food. I got my iliac stent 7/17/24. Then I got sick again, my cat got sick, I had a decent week, now I'm down with inflammation. It begins today. No more. I'm even angry. No more. I'm tired of my life being taken away, especially by the poison I put into it. It's ridiculous.

Dr. G, PLEASE put the segment about the how after 2 weeks our brain wants to go back to old habits into a short video. I have tried and tried your protocol, but always fail - and it’s around the 2 week mark. If I have that clip handy, I will watch it over and over again until I can finally get past that mark and not give into my cravings. Thanks so much for all you do.

This was one of the best Wednesdays! The testimonies, the healing reports, muscle reminder (I'm there now. Going to check in for PT.) Feeling better already just hyper-nourishing. Walking and stretching more, I can get up from the floor😊. I'm a rare one, do I want to document for my specialist.

I'm going through the same just had lower back surgery and very stiff and weak legs off Balance. Going to start H N green's and veggies and fruit lots of water sleep exercise fasting detoxing program 64 oz of blended whole juice smoothie meditation prayer. Last year October 1 went with out animal flesh until May 15 th. Starting over again. Going to go the distance one plant based meal a day. Got a Vita Mix blinder and a juicer got plenty of flaxseed and chia seeds bananas frozen 🍓 🍑 born with one kidney stage 3 a gfr was in the 20's has improved to the middle 30''s right now blood pressure is a little high but on meds. A1 c is 6.0 right now. Wish me well. Bringing my A game starting October 1 again. Big salad. Big fan of DR.G . I'm all in.

Thankyou for your inspirational experience and your success stories! You help so many. One question, your smoothie protocol while healing calls for 2 vitamix full containers of green smoothie per day, I think if I tried to drink that much on a day I wouldn’t have room in my stomach for any other Whole Foods. How does that work?

The program is to consume a minimum of 500 grams or 1 pound of the cabbage family and or spinach daily. (Plus water and flax/chia seeds). How a person choses to consume, smoothie or salads, is up to them. Whatever makes it easiest to get the nutrients in. Eat as many other veggies as you like raw to keep feeling full and satisfied including 🥑 if your body likes 🥑

I can get all mine into 1 Vitamix pitcher - 1 pound cabbage, 1/2 cup chia or flax seeds with 3-4 cups water, 2 bananas and 2 cups frozen fruit like cherries or pineapple or mango. It fills 2 quart size jars for me. Drinking the smoothie definitely helps crowd out some solid foods, but that is definitely okay with me.

Hi Dr. G, I'm female, 74 with RA, high blood pressure and hypothyroid.and cataracts.. don't eat red meat at all, just the odd chicken breast and some fish- going to stop that now. I tried your smoothies they're great! and just have a tough time getting enough water into me, however I will perservere. Going to really give RAW WFPB a go. Praying I can stay the course!!! 🥬🥬🥬 one question???? does green or peppermint tea count as water intake???? thanks for all you do!!!.
