When you said I look at results that opened my mind to smoothies. Most plant based doctors say eat your vegetables and fruits. I'm down with trying your method 2 days in w just water and smoothies and a plant based diet I feel the difference. Im ready to become unstoppable and I will pass this info along to everyone that will listen❤

I actually had a doctor say that to me, eat your fruits and vegetables. I questioned him. It’s a smoothie that you’re making in a blender you’re still getting the fiber. His response to me was yes you’re right I was referring to juicing. Most doctors don’t want you to juice because then you’re losing the most important part of the fruit or vegetable and that’s the fiber. I have been doing the rapid smoothies for five days. I’ve lost 11 pounds and I have a lot of energy. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and the one thing that I already feel is that when I get up in the morning and I try to stretch I feel like I’m breaking my ribs because my spine is that rigid . A month and a half ago my doctor wean me off of prednisone. Since then I’ve been feeling it more predominantly. Well yesterday I realized he wait a minute it’s gone. So you can be pretty sure I’m gonna stick to this protocol.

I have scleroderma, sjogrens, and Lupus. I caught Covid 1 month ago. I feel so sick and fatigued. I am on antibiotics because my virus turned into a sinus infection. I still have a terrible cough too. I am starting the smoothies and gallon of water tomorrow! I am desperate for a new life. Thank you doctor

. The antibiotic worked for my sinus infection. The protocol has taken away all the pain in my hands in my neck and my back. And the first two weeks I lost 10 pounds I weighed 160 pounds and I’m 5 foot five. I’ve been hyper nourishing all summer, and I’m doing really good. My eyes are full of tears and I can cry but my mouth the saliva has not returned have constant dry mouth, but I’m gonna keep continuing hyper nourishing.

I appreciate you so much! Also, I do hope you’ll be able to get in touch with your patient who was 100 yrs of age. I would love to know if he is still enjoying life. What an amazing person to change his diet so he wouldn’t have to die of the disease he had. I imagine that there’s good news there, whether he’s still living or not. 🎉

20:20 I started the hypernurishing protocol hoping it would cure my severe asthma. My asthma has significantly improved, I’m not needing daily rescue medicine for the first time since I was diagnosed around age 6 which is a miracle to me! What happened that I didn’t except at all was my chronic back pain that was nearly debilitating, my stage 3 kidney disease, and my bad cholesterol all got better!! Amazing results and that was just from hypernurishing with 3 smoothies a day, a big salad for dinner, 96 oz water, and no meet during the week. Dr G and Thomas Tadlock are the ONLY people who give the most complete protocol to cure yourself. Thank you!

I was introduced to you last week from my mail lady. I have moderate RA, taking Enbrel injections. I started the nutrition and I feel so positive to follow you through this journey. My question is How do I drink a green smoothie in the mornings on my way out the door without having a bathroom issue? I have anxiety about that. lol. I can handle the greens but not the consequences.

Use room temperature water and go light on the frozen fruit. It's more of a thick juice than a smoothie, but it's not as cold. I can't have the cold smoothie in the winter. I end so cold my teeth won't stop chattering.

Yes. I'm eating a salad. To me the cold fruits and vegetables are causing my body temperature to drop. I have autonomic dysregulation so it's hard for me to keep my body temp up. So usually I crave warm foods in the winter but starting today I am trying with raw.

You can make the smoothies with some cocoa powder (unsweetened) or carob. she has similar recipes in her book. I make a smoothie with 16 oz greens, 500 g frozen cherries, 3 tbs carob powder, 4 cups water and it’s AMAZING! Tastes like a milk shake.

You don’t need extra protein unless you want to bulk up like in weight lifting. Not for health. It’s processed junk.

I was worried as well and what I do is eat 3 avocados a day, chia seed pudding and you are allowed to eat a bag of flackers each day.
