Happy birthday! 🎂 Mine is today -- I'm 64. "Will you still need me, will you still feed me smoothies and cruciferous salads, when I'm 64!" Hubby says, YES! ❤ I love everything you do, from nutrition to healing to scientific explanations to psychology. All wonderful. Thank you!

Hi I started hyper nourishment myself according to Dr. Goldners protocol on Jan. 2and for my rheumatic arthritis. I I confest that I am not really strict with myself. Yet after these about 6 weeks my main pains like in the morning, swollen joints are gone. I still have some pains on my feet and my left elbow, to be honest. But I feel this green smoothie and water "watched" always my inflammation. Especially when I have the correct amount of smoothie and water as supper, I felt sooo good the next morning. I suppose this basic metabolism at night has the right substance to fight against inflammation and establish the balance in the cells again. I am very grateful that I bound to know you Dr. Goldner. Thank you very much for what you are doing ! I am telling all my friends how much your hyper nourishment is still helping me. Sure I am visiting my RA doctor and tracking my symptoms and checking my blood, etc. Until I have not big improvements I the figures and numbers, maybe later. But I feel much lighter and less pain. Again thank you Dr. G. I will follow your channel. Pray for you and your loving family. 🙏🙏

You do exactly that, Dr G->(wut u said at the very end)--> "Support, Motivate, & Encourage." And thank u SO MUCH for that!! I binge on these almost daily [instead of "junk (non)food"]😉 I am doing GAIP solo to say "Goodbye M.S." This has been soooooo helpful & supportive. So grateful for u n all u do. Due to that I am technically not goin at it alone due to all the support I get here as well as some of the support from my family. It's just SO helpful to hv this constantly from someone who really gets it. (Also simultaneously hard seeing loved ones hardly EVER putting nourishmnt in thejr bodies- especially as I learn more n nourish more myself. Grieves me on top of it to physically witness their decline in health-(i.e. clearly overweight, RA, joint pain, etc.) Thank u n Thomas tons. ❤

Trying to do your green smoothie program. Started with full 2 litres of smoothies and water…. Felt very weak and trembly…. Felt i needed food. Then i had to cut back on smoothies cause of heart failure and heart valve problems … Now i can take 4 x300 ml cups a day (spinach/kale) Added salad with kale broccoli and cauliflower Also have loads of avocado on GF toast. Not ideal i know but this is the best i can do ….! Any suggestions?? Ps. thyroxin 75 mcg On Lasix 20mg day Now have pain in kidneys especially left. 50%failure

Hi Brooke, Is it ok to eat 1 cup of chia seeds a day? I'm trying rapid recovery but calories are not high enough. Only 950k/cal for one smoothie. Also is coconut 🥥 water ok? Thank- you. ❤

The entire protocol is appropriate for somebody with hypertension. Where the program needs to be modified is in heart, failure or kidney disease, where water intake Hass to be monitored closely.

What about replacing flex seed oil with beef tallow. I hear seed oils linoleic aid is bad for the macular. I've never tasted it yet

No! Leave the animals alone please! She talks the whole time about how anything dairy and any meat is promoting inflammation! It is like poison to the body. Flax seed in its whole form is best, also chia seeds. It has done wonders for me and my husband, we weren't even sick, vegetarian for years, but are now thriving leaving animal products out completely and learning about omega 3s! It is the best for you and the animals ❤

Any veggies, if you are not sick you can have cooked, unprocessed food and nuts and fruit but she always says raw is best. Avocados in unlimited amounts 😂

Watch all her videos and ppl explaining her protocol sharing their recoveries. All here on yt. Go get spinage, chia seeds or flax and put it with little fruit in a strong mixer. But do your research meanwhile on the whole protocol. Throw out all dairy/meat (give it to your dog😅) and processed 'food'.
